You Can Learn How to Relieve Jaw Pain.

JAW PAIN, TENSION
Spinal Awareness Workshops and Trainings will give
you ways to quickly relieve jaw pain. You will
learn exciting movements that heal you.
We do not go first to the jaw to try to make a
change. By getting the whole body to relax, the
jaw is able to begin to improve.
TMJ
TMJ is a widespread problem. Difficulties such
as a clicking when the mouth is opened, tension,
grinding of the teeth, and/or pain in one side
or both sides of the jaw, arise.
With Skeletal Awareness we know that if there
is a problem in the jaw, it is a symptom of a
problem reflected in the whole body. If the jaw
is tight, so is the neck, the shoulders, the chest,
the hips, the abdomen, the lower back, the arms,
and the legs.
In Spinal Awareness Programs you will experience
movement and touch lessons that decrease the holding
throughout your whole body. As your whole body relaxes
and becomes more enlivened, we can create a condition
where your jaw pain and tension will improve.
Jaw pain is often one of the easier things to
change using the tools of Spinal Awareness. The
jaw bears no weight and will heal quickly if you
learn new ways of using it.
