| Healing Touch |
| With soft, sensitive
touch Spinal Awareness has the focus initially
around the spinal column. This work is painless,
pleasant with never the attempt to push, stretch,
crack, break-up, or otherwise manipulate the spine. |

LOWER BACK PAIN

With the movement, partner, and touch lessons experienced
in Spinal Awareness Workshops and Trainings you learn how
to use yourself in new ways that help you often immediately
improve even very painful conditions of your lower back.
Spinal Awareness Workshops are fun, playful and help you
learn to heal.
In Spinal Awareness Programs you learn what movements you
can use to help the improvement of your back pain. Spinal
Awareness teaches you to begin to visualize and use your
skeleton as it is best used for your health and well-being.

Without Spinal Awareness our vertebrae often have
restricted movement, the muscles remaining tense.
The tensions in our muscles continue to compress,
pushing the vertebrae together. The area where the
spine and the pelvis come together is a joint, a
movable area. This becomes rigid. Over a time, these
conditions lead to a deterioration in the body. Lower back
pain, sciatica, leg pain, foot pain and other horrors
are often inevitable for many persons.
With Spinal Awareness Workshops and Trainings you will
learn how to help yourself improve and heal your back.
